Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following: 1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; 2) identification of the infringing material and its URL on our site; 3) your contact information (address, phone, email); 4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; 5) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was mistakenly removed, and your consent to jurisdiction in your local federal court. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may reinstate the material after 10-14 business days unless a court action is filed.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Daily Dish will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is defined as a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had material removed from the site more than twice.
